Really bad body acne?!?!HELP?

i am going to the beach for my bday on the 13 with alot of friends and im embaressed with my chest acne and back acne that is nearly impossible to get rid of i use a acne body wash and its sorta working but no changes because my acne is really bad but can i get rid of it before the 13th?!?!
