Go see an osteopath for a treatment to help with the pain and discomfort. Try swimming as a walking alternative, it helps with body aches and pains and loosens you up. Get a fit ball to sit on, youtube fit ball for pregnancy, it helps for aches and pains and also to get baby in good position. My midwife said if the babys head doesnt engage in pregnancy the contractions of labour will help push its head down to engage.
