How do I make my boyfriend realize I'm not going to hurt him?

I don't talk to guys, I don't flirt with guys, I've never cheated. I spend alllll of my time with my boyfriend. I do all of this because I want to and I give him everything my heart has to offer. Buuuut he's really insecure. We've been together for 9 months and I know i'm not going to hurt him but his insecurities are a HUGE problem. breaking up isn't an answer I'm looking for but how else do i make him realize i'm not going to hurt him? it almost seems impossible. PLEASE HELP ME!
