How come God and science/evolution/aliens can't both exist? Why can only one definitely be real?

Why can't they both exist? How come it's only possible for one to be real? Why is it impossible for, say, God to have made everything, but then he left it to evolutionize itself? You know, as some sort of life lesson that He gives us the tools, but we learn how to use them on our own, and He leaves us with choices we have to make on our own and those choices are what determines where we go after we die. Am I the only one who's thought of this?
