What are my chances of getting pregnant after removing one tube?

ABSOLUTELY POSSIBLE!! I also had a tubal prego in December of 09 & had my left tube removed. I gave myself some time to heal & now I'm 5 weeks pregnant. It usually is harder to concieve bc of 1 tube but not impossible. I know how you feel and how you felt... you're not alone and you will have your baby when its your time.
