Is there a possibilty im pregnant?

i had unprotexted sex at 3am sunday moirning. I took the emergency moining after pill monday at 1pm. I have been experianceing bad cramps excacly like period pains all week day and night on and off for a week this sunday moirning. i know its not my period as i only have pains while im on i last had my perios 2 weeks ago so its impossible to be that for me. This just feels unusual for me to feel this way haveing period like pains for a week and wondering does this mean i could be pregnant
