Is this just me or are am i right to feel confused?

Whether or not he likes you is one question, but there is one thing I can promise you and it's that someone that is screwing you around this much isn't worth the time and effort. I think it's important for both of you that you move on with your life and don't dwell on this guy as he sounds like he's nothing but trouble for you. I know it might be hard, but think about it from an outside perspective, why would anyone put themselves through needless hurt and confusion and why would they sit there and be screwed around by some guy when there are plenty of great guys waiting to be found? Get out there and move on. It's for the best.
