Is it really that hard to get a hold of Britney Spears?

Britney Spears is performing in Vancouver tomorrow. I wanted to send her a personal letter, and am just wanting to get it in her hands. Does anyone have any way that I could get it to her? I'm going crazy trying to find ways to get it to her...but it really just seems impossible. I live right near Vancouver, and am hoping to get it to her before she performs. Thanks everyone.
